We got married by the lake and had our reception at The Grove Saturday evening. From the moment we emailed Kalie to set up an appointment to view the venue through the moment we checked out this morning everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the staff were excellent and accommodating, and Kalie was there for us every step of the way. We had a very special moment at both our rehearsal and while I was walking down the aisle as an eagle flew around right in front of where we were having the ceremony....and even dipped down to pick a fish out of the water. We would highly recommend this venue.

I wish there was an opportunity to give 10 stars for this venue! My daughter and son in law were married here on New Year's Eve 2016 in the Appley Ballroom. So convenient to have our winter wonderland wedding and reception in the same place, especially due to a large storm the day before. We stayed next door at the Grove for our mini-destination wedding weekend. Affordable cabins/rooms. After the ceremony, resetting of the ballroom was done quickly by the staff, without inconveniencing our guests. Plenty of room for the photo booth. The chandelier, sconces & mirrors in the ballroom are beautiful and make the room look huge and elegant. The food was tasty and the portions very large. Our appetizers were enjoyed by all as we waited for photos to be completed on the front porch. The staff was friendly and professional. Roads and walkways were constantly plowed, shoveled and sanded. Not only were we well taken care of by their amazing wedding planner, Kalie Hill, but the owners, Mr. & Mrs. Wendt, also checked in on us. We had a New Year's Eve after party at the Teepee Room, and enjoyed continental breakfast each morning. Our guests had nothing but good things to say! This is a hidden gem, convenient to Utica & Syracuse. Plenty of options for a spring/summer/fall wedding on the lake or at the gazebo as well. They offer many affordable options for buffets and sit down dinners, casual to formal events, indoor or outside. Definitely check this place out on your wedding venue search! You won't be disappointed!

Highly recommend the White Eagle conference center!! Our daughter had her wedding reception at the Appley Center ballroom and everything was perfect! We had the ceremony at our church but the bridal party had amazing accommodations at the Appley Center to dress and get ready. The event coordinator, Kali, was outstanding making our vision a reality. Her staff was professional. The ballroom was gorgeous and all of our guests raved about the food. My son and daughter in law had a winter wedding in February here at white eagle in Hamilton, NY. The whole weekend was flawless. The teepee room was a perfect venue for the rehearsal dinner, with it's relaxed atmosphere to mingle. The cottages close by were popular with the
younger adults to stay in.The appley center was a beautiful venue for the ceremony and reception. The staff was amazing at planning and executing the whole weekend. They were friendly and helpful at all times. They were a pleasure to work with. The food was very good 
both nights. We are so happy the white eagle was chosen.

My husband and I got married at the White Eagle this fall and it was everything we could have hoped for. Our wedding was outside, down by the lake and the reception was in the Appley Center. Several guests commented on how delicious the food was (I was pleasantly surprised
myself!) and enjoyed how convenient the location was (we had many people travel from out of town and they enjoyed staying in the cabins). We also had an after party in the Teepee room which definitely kept the party going. A special shout-out to Kalie at the White Eagle who helped us so much during the wedding planning process and on the day of.
